Well, my cleaning kick lasted for about 2 hours. I have so much left and even made more mess in the kitchen from dinner. Note, if you are ever asked to design a species make it so they don't need toilets. Cleaning the toilet is the worst.

I found an app for learning a language by listening to songs. It's really good. I didn't plan to study another language on top of the one I am currently studying. But I am a sucker for good music, languages, and especially good design. So this is happening.

The fact that some apps don't close properly for whatever reason (likely so they can collect data on you in the background) makes app timers use as a wellness tool very frustrating.

I didn't know life could be this pain free during a period. Even when on the pill and painkillers I still had to deal with pain. The birth control implant is a miracle.

Maybe this is the right of it. Maybe, if we can only say so much, we'll better mind our words in terms of compassion and content. If I can only say one thing, I'd rather it be poignant, boring, or silly than something that I know will cause offense without the ability to explain.

Friday is cleaning cheat day.

The dream: You are tired on time and you go to bed early enough that you don't even have to set an alarm in the morning yet still have time for breakfast and silence or a morning run before work.

I ate an entire bag of Minions themed candy corn today. No judgement, just facts.

Last month I was training for a 5K, doing the basics, and getting 9 other things done a day. This was good and easy. Then followed 2 weeks of struggling to eat sleep and work and trying not to be mean to myself about it (because that makes it worse). This variety isn't spice.

I made spinach and egg pizza today and it was way better than I expected it to be. I will probably make it again. If I had accurate stock of my pantry this would never have happened. Small problems and laziness can cause us to have new and good experience and learn new things.

Financial planning sites should lead with their minimum account size and fee structure and stop wasting everyone's time. If your financial advice to me would be "earn more money" I need to know that before reading your pitch on how great your advice is.

Cold Pizza and Flat Cherry Coke. Because I don't want to cook tonight and compromise is how goals are achieved.
